Vocado offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully test the app during this period to ensure it meets your needs before subscribing.

Refunds

All payments for Vocado subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@vocado.talk or visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit your request directly to Apple.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings or by contacting support@vocado.talk. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
